Principal
Maurice is the founder of Tricon Development, Space Coast’s leading developer of luxury multifamily waterfront properties. His expertise lies in managing and planning the development process, with his success rooted in the company’s vision and unwavering commitment to quality, innovative design, and delivering exceptional final products for consumers.
Over his 50-year career, Maurice has overseen the development of projects exceeding a billion dollars in value, including single-family homes, multifamily residences, and commercial properties. He has earned a stellar reputation as a creative and accomplished developer.
Maurice’s dedication to the Space Coast is evident in his efforts to redefine the area’s oceanfront landscape and his generosity in donating beachfront properties to local municipalities.
ROBERT KODSI, CCIM
Prinicipal
Robert’s passion for real estate was sparked at an early age as he watched his father grow the corporation from just a few employees. Today, Robert continues to guide the company’s vision, providing executive leadership to drive its growth and success.
He oversees the company’s day-to-day operations, including development, acquisitions, property management, sales, and leasing. With over 30 years of experience in all aspects of shopping center development, management and leasing, Robert has established himself as a seasoned industry expert.
A graduate of the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business, Robert holds a degree in real estate finance. Since 1997, he has also served as the company’s General Contractor and Broker of Record.
